Questions shop owners ask
Can I bill when the internet is down?
Yes. On plans with offline billing, the counter keeps billing when the internet stops, and the bills are sent to the server by themselves when it's back.
Which printers and scanners work?
58 mm and 80 mm thermal bill printers (TVS, Epson and others), label printers like TSC, A4 printers, and USB or Bluetooth barcode scanners. The phone camera works as a scanner too.
Can I bring my products from Excel?
Yes. Import hundreds of products at once from an Excel or Google Sheets file. We help you with it.
Is my data safe?
The database is backed up off-site every day. Logins are protected (with 2-step login for owners), and every change is recorded. On plans with shop backup you can download all your shop's data as Excel files any time.
Is it hard for my staff to learn?
No. The billing screen is just scan, payment, bill. Every page has a guided tour, the screens are available in Tamil, and we train your staff at the shop.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Pay monthly or yearly, and stop any time by not renewing. Yearly plans cost less.
Can I take my data if I leave?
Yes. Your shop's records belong to you. On plans with shop backup you can download them as Excel files any time, and we help you take your data when you leave.
